The shipping is free to all countries listed below.
Shipping service provider
All orders with delivery to Switzerland and the United Kingdom are carried out by DHL.
All orders with delivery to the rest of the EU countries are carried out by UPS.

Returns
For returns, please use the return receipt, which you can download here .
Please fill in the return receipt completely and put it in the parcel. Be sure to include your bank details, otherwise no refund will be possible.

Refund information
The refund will be made to the PayPal account with which the order was placed. Please be sure to state your order number on the returns form. A refund in any other payment method is not possible.
