1.      What does the DIANOZ Pro 3D printer nozzle stand for

The DIANOZ Pro 3D printer nozzle for use in 3D printers for the additive layer manufacturing process ensures uniform material extrusion, smooths the component surface during printing and offers protection against wear even with abrasive materials thanks to its sophisticated geometry combined with a tip made of synthetic black diamond (polycrystalline diamond, PCD for short). Due to its trust in the quality and durability of the DIANOZ Pro 3D printer nozzle, Gühring grants a limited lifetime warranty under the following conditions.

2.      Contents and conditions of the warranty

Gühring grants the original purchaser or gift recipient of a fully paid-for 3D printer nozzle  from the DIANOZ Pro product line a limited lifetime warranty for the 3D printing process in the event of problems that occur due to material and production faults or that arise due to the wear of certain parts of the DIANOZ Pro 3D printer nozzle (cone, outlet diameter, smoothing surface). In the event of wear, the average deviations of the 3D printing process resulting from the abrasion must be greater than 0.1 mm and thus outside the production tolerance. 

Further conditions for the limited lifetime warranty are that the DIANOZ Pro 3D printer nozzle is used properly and as intended, i.e. for the melt extrusion of thermoplastics up to 550 degrees Celsius and in compliance with the handling instructions, and that the print material is approved by the filament and granulate manufacturer. 

Furthermore, the DIANOZ Pro 3D printer nozzle must have been purchased between 19/11/2024 and 31/12/2025. A dated proof of purchase is valid as evidence. 

The DIANOZ Pro 3D printer nozzle and the warranty granted with it  are based on the state of the art as of November 2024. 

The limited lifetime warranty applies as long as the DIANOZ Pro product line is produced by Gühring.

3.      Warranty exclusions

The warranty does not cover wear on the base body of the DIANOZ Pro 3D printer nozzle  resulting from contact with adhering extruded material, nor wear resulting from the use of carbide-forming metals.

Damage to the steel base body of the DIANOZ Pro 3D printer nozzle  as well as all damage to the DIANOZ Pro3D printer nozzle  that occurred outside the 3D printing process (e.g. cleaning processes) are also excluded from the warranty.

Maintenance measures and/or (attempted) repairs carried out by yourself or third parties will also render the warranty void. 

Intentional direct and indirect damage to the DIANOZ Pro 3D printer nozzle is not covered by the warranty. 

Any incidental and consequential damages, including lost profits, are also not covered by the warranty.

All other express, implied, statutory or other warranties are excluded.

4.      Effect of the warranty

In the event of a permissible warranty case, Gühring will repair or replace the DIANOZ Pro 3D printer nozzle at its own discretion. The warranty is limited to the value of the product.

5.      Limitation of liability of Gühring KG

For material and financial damage caused by simple negligence, Gühring and its employees, vicarious agents, executives, managing directors and consultants shall only be liable in the event of a breach of a material contractual obligation, limited to the sales price of the DIANOZ Pro 3D printer nozzle. Material contractual obligations are those whose fulfilment characterises the contract and on which the initial purchaser or gift recipient may rely.

6.      Final provisions

Should one or more provisions of the aforementioned conditions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible provision that comes as close as possible to the intended provision. This also applies in the event of an unintentional loophole.
