Selection and notification of winners:

At the end of the competition period, the aforementioned prize will be raffled off at random. The winner(s) will be notified by email. They have until 11:59 p.m. (CET) on 1 December 2024 to reply in accordance with the instructions contained in the prize notification. If the winner fails to respond in time, they shall not be entitled to claim the prize. A new winner will then be selected at random. The prize will be delivered by post. The fees incurred shall be covered by Gühring KG. Prizes may not be paid out in cash or in kind, nor may they be exchanged or transferred to other persons.

Terms and Conditions of Participation

The minimum age of participation is 16. Each participant is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. Participation in the prize draw is free of charge. The employees of Gühring KG and its subsidiaries can participate in this prize draw in accordance with the above-mentioned conditions.

Exclusion from Participation

Gühring KG reserves the right to exclude participants from the prize draw who submit multiple entries, provide false information or otherwise gain an advantage through manipulation or an attempt to do so. Gühring KG reserves the right to cancel or terminate the prize draw without notice due to unforeseen circumstances (in particular of a technical or legal nature). There is no entitlement to participate or to conduct the prize draw. If the conditions for exclusion are met, the prize can be retrospectively withdrawn or a prize that has already been delivered can be reclaimed.

Data Protection

Within the framework of the applicable statutory provisions, participants have the right to information at any time about their stored personal data, its origin, recipients and the purpose of data processing as well as a right to rectification, blocking or erasure of this data. Participants can also contact the data protection officer of Gühring KG using the email address datenschutz@guehring.de for further questions on the subject of personal data. In the event of breaches of data protection law, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. The competent supervisory authority in matters related to data protection law is the state data protection authority of the federal state in which Gühring KG is based. aa.) No liability is assumed for material defects and/or defects of title caused by negligence. 

bb.) This also applies to defects caused intentionally.

b.) Other forms of damage

Liability for negligent damage caused by errors, delays or interruptions in transmission, malfunctions of technical systems and services, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data or submissions, viruses or in any other way when participating in prize draws is excluded.

c.) The organiser shall not be liable for unlawful conduct by Facebook users and other persons who violate regulations.

Final provisions

The organiser’s decision is final. The prize draw and terms and conditions of participation are subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Should any of these provisions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
