Prizes: The following prizes will be drawn among all participants: 10 x DIANOZ

 

Prize Draw and Notification:

After the event period has ended, the prize mentioned above will be drawn at random among all participants. The winner will be notified by email and must respond by 5 December 2025, 11:59 p.m. (CET) in accordance with the instructions included in the notification. If no response is received within this period, the right to claim the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected at random. The prize will be delivered by mail. Shipping costs will be covered by Gühring KG. A cash payment, exchange, or transfer of the prize to another person is not possible.

 

Conditions of Participation

Participants must be at least 16 years old. Each participant is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. Participation in the prize draw is free of charge. Employees of Gühring KG and its subsidiaries are eligible to participate under the conditions stated above.

 

Exclusion from Participation

Gühring KG reserves the right to exclude participants who enter the prize draw multiple times, provide false information, or gain (or attempt to gain) an advantage through manipulation. Gühring KG also reserves the right to cancel or terminate the prize draw without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances (particularly of a technical or legal nature). There is no entitlement to participation or to the execution of the prize draw. If grounds for exclusion exist, any prize may be subsequently revoked or reclaimed if already delivered.

 

Data Protection

Participants have the right, within the framework of applicable law, to request information at any time about their stored personal data, its origin, recipients, and the purpose of its processing, as well as a right to correction, blocking, or deletion of such data where applicable. Personal data of participants will be processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting the prize draw, determining the winner, and notifying the winner. Data will only be shared with third parties if necessary for conducting the prize draw or if required by law. Data will be deleted after completion of the prize draw and delivery of the prizes, unless statutory retention periods apply. In the event of a data protection violation, participants have the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. a.) Material and Legal Defects

aa.) No liability will be assumed for material and/or legal defects caused by negligence. 

b.) Other Damages

Gühring KG shall not be liable for damages caused by negligence resulting from errors, delays, or interruptions in transmission, technical malfunctions, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data or entries, viruses, or any other issues arising from participation in the prize draw.

c.) The organizer shall not be liable for unlawful conduct by third parties (e.g., Facebook users) who violate applicable regulations.

 

Final Provisions

Legal recourse is excluded. The prize draw and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Should any provisions of these termes be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
